Steve Tanic2024-07-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nice people but did not solve a very simple solution that was fixed by another podiatrist. My case was a basic 101 appointment which cost me over $700 with no end result. Fixed elsewhere. Jamie-Lee Edgar2024-05-02Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently took my 2yo to see Dean at Prosper Podiatry and was so impressed with our whole experience. We were graciously greeted upon arrival by the receptionist and my daughter loved playing with the puzzles during our very short wait. Dean’s bedside manner was exceptional and she was so at ease whilst receiving treatment for her ingrown damaged toenail. Dean explained everything perfectly to us and I had a very happy little girl at the end of the appointment. The clinic is easy to access with ample parking. It’s very clean and calming. I highly recommend the services of Prosper Podiatry and will definitely be back should we need further assistance. Bec Stenner2024-02-29Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently visited Dean for an ingrown toenail that had been causing me significant discomfort, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the very first phone call, I was met with kindness and professionalism that put me at ease. The staff were so accommodating and I was able to get an appointment quickly. During my visit, Dean provided reassurance and clear explanations every step of the way, making what could have been an anxious experience much more comfortable. Lauren Foss2024-02-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dean is THE person to see for your children’s issues with skin on their feet. We saw Dean to treat warts on my 6 year old daughter and he has resolved them painlessly in 3 appointments (we possibly didn’t need the 3rd appt). My daughter loved him, he explained everything to her in terms she understood, gave her fair warning of any procedure and put her in charge of stopping and starting if she felt any pain. This made her want to do all her own aftercare at home as well which not only made it easier for me but also probably helped the problem resolve a lot faster. Reception and admin/parking etc was all easy and friendly as well. Deb Rohl2023-11-27Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Jake!! I tolerated heel pain (plantar fasciitis) for 14 months and after 5 treatments with Jake I am back to running (8km mixed walk/run yesterday with no pain during or after). Jake is such a friendly and knowledgeable person and I can’t thank him enough for helping me. Dianne Jarvis2023-11-16Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks to Dean for treating my son's warts in two appointments. He gone from countless lesions to ZERO. We have just cancelled our third appointment because he's all better. It's quite amazing and my son is able to put his hand up in class again without being embarrassed. Can't thank you enough! Alicia Purcell2023-10-16Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at prosper podiatry was amazing! I was informed of every process that was being performed. I had pain in my front nail that Dean fixed on the day and continued with appropriate follow up appointments. I will definitely be back in future! Tracy Ruffin2023-08-22Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Dean - so knowledgeable and awesome at his craft - great guidance on foot care and how a callous comes to be formed. A shout out to Caroline too for her fabulous customer service - thank you :) Chakrya Theam2023-08-02Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr.Dean was amazing. I only did his treatment twice and my warts are completely gone. I’m glad i’ve found him and it is worth the ride from Melbourne to Geelong. I went through all the freezing and salicylic acid treatments with other podiatrists and nothing worked for me😢 Thank you again Doc for the amazing results☺️☺️☺️ Bailee McDonald2022-08-29Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Dean! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He explains everything that he is doing and gives lots of helpful tips throughout the appointments. Dean also is available for questions after appointments which I found really helpful. Super happy with his service and would recommend to all!

Wart Removal Made Easy
1. Initial
Appointment
In your initial treatment, the clinician will assess the lesion, discuss treatment options, and will begin treatment.

2. Follow up Appointments
Your second treatment is typically scheduled for four weeks after the initial one. Again, we will guide you on what to anticipate, but most clients report experiencing a reduction of pain and discomfort with the lesion beginning to get smaller and in some cases is gone!
3. Life without
warts
Typically, your third appointment will be your last treatment session, although your clinician will provide personalised advice based on your unique condition.
Our Revolutionary Wart Treatment
What is Swift Therapy
The SWIFT medical device delivers targeted microwaves into the skin to eliminate warts, verrucae, and papillomas. The signal is calibrated to a specific depth to target the viral wart tissue exclusively.
During treatment, the process of Heat Stress is initiated, whereby the wart releases proteins, prompting the immune system to recognise the source of the virus (Human Papillomavirus) and mount an attack on the viral cells.

Wart Removal Process
Wart removal is quick and easy with our Swift Treatment. The wart can usually be removed in as little as three treatments. You will experience the following in teach treatment.
Treatment 1
In your initial treatment, the clinician may gently remove any callus covering the wart before delivering 3-5 two-second treatments.
Treatment 2
Your second treatment is typically scheduled for four weeks after the initial one. Again, we will guide you on what to anticipate, but most clients report experiencing a comparable sensation to their first treatment.
Treatment 3
Typically, your third appointment will be your last treatment session, although your clinician will provide personalised advice based on your unique condition.

FAQs
Like most skin lesion treatments, some minor discomfort may occur. While pain sensitivity can differ from person to person, most individuals undergoing treatment report a brief, sudden warming sensation that dissipates almost instantly, lasting no longer than a second. Following treatment, discomfort is minimal to non-existent.
Undergoing Swift™ treatment should not restrict or hinder your ability to carry out your usual daily activities. Furthermore, there is no requirement for dressings or bandages.
The consultation fee is $85, and the cost of the Swift™ treatment is $125. However, you can approach your GP for a care plan enabling Medicare to cover $58.00 of the consultation fee. Your health insurance provider may also provide coverage for the consultation and the Swift™ treatment expenses.
The number of visits required depends on your response to the treatment. Typically, the highest success rates are achieved with 1-3 visits over three months in most cases.
Warts, verrucae, and papilloma are often used interchangeably to refer to the same type of skin lesion. Caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), warts are characterised by the abnormal growth of skin cells, resulting in a lump that may develop a callus on top of it. Warts are most frequently found on the hands and feet.
