Jane

Jane joins Prosper after three years working as a Podiatrist in Launceston, Tasmania. Jane is interested in all aspects of podiatry, from musculoskeletal injuries of the lower limb and foot to skin pathology and dermatology.

Jane has completed neuro-sensory training and will approach each case with an open-mind, always considering the neuromuscular perspective for every patient. She will also utilise these concepts in the treatment and rehabilitation of those with chronic disease and illness. Additionally, Jane has also completed training in dry needling, measuring and fitting for compression garments and is currently undertaking extra study in gait analysis and rehabilitation. 

Jane has always involved herself in community sports with particular interest in netball, football and running. Acknowledging the benefits of an active lifestyle, Jane believes that ‘movement is medicine’ for people of all ages and knows how important it is to get her patients back on their feet.
