Bio
With a keen interest in running and extensive training in running technique analysis, Jake is passionate about helping athletes, triathletes and sports enthusiasts reduce overload and injury risk.
He strongly believes in providing the highest standard of treatments to facilitate fast recovery times, utilising a range of cutting-edge techniques such as functional foot orthoses, shockwave therapy, dry needling and lower limb strength and conditioning.
Jake is committed to keeping athletes on the field and helping those in pain get out of it as quickly as possible.
